  • Keith, I’m not understanding. In my message, I explained that my partner and I were checking out at the same time and didn’t know that we had the same ticket in our individual carts. Can he join or can I reschedule (since this purchase happened less than an hour ago)?

Thank you for the question. You didn’t give us enough information. What class? Did he get an email confirming his purchase or account creation? Did you purchase discount tickets, or insured? Did he retry to purchase?
