Gift Certificate Issue

Hi, There doesn’t seem to be a way to talk to a person about this, so I’m typing it here. On Aug. 9 I signed up for a class for two people using a $100 gift certificate. I was charged the full $119.96 rather than the $19 that the gift certificate didn’t cover. Could I talk to someone directly about getting this corrected? Thank you so much.
