Thanks for your quick response. I was using the “o” as zero (it is ambiguous on the font of this website, but clearly a number rather than a letter on the gift certificate). However, I did try again with the “o” as both a letter and a number, but to no avail! I’m still getting the message that my gift code does not exist.
I will provide more details in the private info box.

HI Keith, the number still does not work. I am definitely putting the correct numbers and letters in. There are only 4 tix left for the date we want, so I’d like to resolve before it sells out. Should I send you an email with a photo of the certificate? I have provided the gift code again in the private info area. Thanks.

The original question

My husband received a gift certificate from our daughter and her husband for his birthday. I am trying to schedule the April 13, 2018 “Italy vs. France” for which tickets are still available. When I put my coupon code in, it comes back with a message that the coupon does not exist, I did it multiple times. How can I redeem this?
