Spring Core Course Availability

I have plans to attend the Core wine course this March, 2020. I know that you’ve just updated the website to begin enrolling for Spring, but I’m wondering how long those 22 seats usually take to fill. I don’t currently live in Philadelphia, but I am planning to relocate in winter — largely to study wine with y’all, so I can continue to advance my career in food/bev. I’d hate to see the seats fly away and have to wait another semester. I know what I’m asking is a little hard-to-predict, but in your experience, do these things typically move with haste or is it a slower trickle?

Thanks in advance for any answers you may or may not be able to provide.

Dear Ms. Worry 🙂

That’s great to hear that you’re planning to join the spring semester next year. However, you are smart to be concerned! The class typically fills up six months in advance.

Using that metric, it will probably be sold out by the end of October.

Please let me know if I can help with anything else.
