I purchased tickets back in December for the Sommelier Smackdown and I am not sure if they are premium tickets or not. I need to re-schedule due to some family issues.

To reschedule a class, just go to the “Reschedule a Class” option under the Help & Support menu at the top of all pages.

Please keep in mind that only Premium tickets can be rescheduled, and that a response can take up to 6 business days for a response (it’s a manual process which is done once a week).

If you have premium tickets, we will send you a reschedule code which is valid for the price you paid for the tickets.
