I looked this up, as well, and the name Sigrid Veasey doesn’t show up at all. The last name popped up for an order in 2008, but that is it. Possibly she registered under another last name (married/maiden?).

The other possibility is that the order did not go through. Does your gift certificate look like this:

It’s possible that she printed it out and didn’t realize that the order did not go through.

I checked and her name is not in our database. It sounds like they may have bought tickets to another wine school.

Hi,

We emailed and/or called everyone on the roster for tonight’s class. I don’t see your name, so you may want to check your confirmation email to confirm if your reservation really is for tonight.

If you received tonight’s class as a gift, then the purchaser would have received the notice. They will also be receiving a reschedule code to sign up for a future class.
