Signed up for wrong course

I accidentally signed up for the intermediate course instead of the foundation course. Is it possible to switch my registration?

Best,
Mohammed

If you are not willing to provide a refund, then I will upgrade to the CORE. Please let me know how to proceed.

  • You will see an email in the few days with details.

I understand the reason for the terms. But wouldn’t you consider an exception given that I signed up for the wrong course and raised the issue immediately after I signed up?

My preference is to get a refund given that I accidentally signed up for the wrong course. I would really appreciate it if you offered that.

Is that possible?

  • Academic program fees are refundable only as follows: Cancellations made 45 days or more prior to course commencement will suffer a charge of 15% of the total course fee; cancellations made fewer than 45 days but more than 30 days before course commencement will suffer a charge of 50% of the course fee. If fewer than 30 days notice is given, no refunds will be made in respect of cancellations, but 50% of fees paid may be carried forward and used for another course. //www.vinology.com/terms/

Thanks for the response.

I have no background in wine whatsoever and won’t benefit from the intermediate course. Would you be able to refund me for the payment?

  • The intermediate and foundation can be taken together or separately. You can take the Intermediate or Foundation first. The other option would be to upgrade to the CORE.

Mohammed,

The Foundation program is full right now. It is possible that their might be a spot, but I cannot guarantee it. There is another person who is on the waitlist as well.

Right now, the last spot in the Foundation is being reserved for the CORE program (which is the Foundation and Intermediate programs in a single semester).

If no one registers for the last seat in the CORE, we might be able to get you into the Foundation.

Cheers,

Keith
