seat limits per party

Hi,
I am hoping to register my family of six for the January 31, 2019 class – “Cabernet Sauvignon-The Family Tree”. Your website states a limit of 4 tickets for the discount tickets, however I have a family of six. Although when registering for the class if allows me to order six tickets, I want to confirm if it’s better to purchase 4 and 2 tickets vs. 6 tickets at one time. I don’t want to have anyone’s class cancelled if I exceed 4. Please advise the best way for me to ensure all six can attend.

Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Maria,

Our classes are best with groups four or smaller. Large groups tend to be disruptive in classes, and we discourage purchasing more than 4 seats to any class. This is why we offer discounts for smaller groups.

Per our terms, discount tickets are not available for large groups, even if purchased separately. Groups of five or more are required to purchase Insured or Premium tickets. If a group has purchased discount tickets, they would need to upgrade those tickets: https://www.vinology.com/all/upgrade-ticket-insurance/

Maria,

If you plan on upgrading your seats, please do so by end of work on Friday.
