scheduling thesis meeting

Hey Keith, hope all’s well.

I think my question may have slipped through the cracks, so I figured I’d send another message (sorry if you just haven’t gotten around to me yet).

I registered for the thesis program on Friday, and I’d like to set up a meeting with you to discuss my thesis topic. If at all possible, it’d be great if we could meet before Thanksgiving (I’m traveling most of December and early January).

Please let me know.

Thanks again for your help,

Emilie

Thanks so much, Keith. I just accepted the gcal invite. Just to check: is the meeting in person at the wine school, or is it a video chat via the link in the invite? Wasn’t sure so wanted to confirm. Thanks again!!!

Hi Keith,

Thanks so much for getting back to me, I appreciate it.

I am available all day (11a-8p) on both Wednesday 11/18 and Tuesday 11/24, and it doesn’t look like you’re teaching then. Could we meet on one of those days? Perhaps we could say 4:30p on Wednesday 11/18?

Thanks very much!

Emilie

Emilie,

Did not forget, don’t worry. Class load during the semester is high, so my response time is very slow depending on when someone posts a question directed to me specifically.

My day off is Friday, and I teach classes Saturday-Monday this semester. That means most admin lands on Tuesdays & Wednesdays.

To schedule a date, take a look at the schedule (www.vinology.com/classes) and find a few dates that will work for you that don’t conflict with my schedule. Anytime between 11am-8pm on a day I am not teaching is fine.

Once you have a few dates that will work, just post them here and we will get things moving.
