On 3/20/14, I purchased two tickets for a class on 05/01/14. When I was discussing the class with friends today, I realized that I accidentally purchased the wrong class.
In a perfect world I would just attend both classes; however, I have a charity benefit to attend on 05/01.
Would you please be able to issue me a credit so that I can sign up for the correct class?
I appreciate your help and understanding.

Thanks for your response. Just to clarify, I did not purchase the premium tickets because I was not planning on having to reschedule.
I just realized yesterday that I made an error on my end, and I purchased the incorrect tickets. In this case, will I be able to request a reschedule through the website?
