scheduling a class after cancelled one (with insurance)


I cancelled a class in November (with insurance). I’m trying to schedule the 7/14 class to replace it. There is no way to put in my credit when trying to pay and register online. Can you help? The instructions say to click on “gift certificate” but that’s not an option. When I click on “coupon code” nothing happens.

Hi Betsy,

I checked the code and it is valid.

All you need to do is enter it into the field that asks for a coupon/gift certificate code, then hit apply. It might help to copy and paste the code from the email itself to avoid any typos.
