I purchased two tickets to the November 12 Sommelier Smackdown which was canceled. I would like to reschedule for the March 25 Smackdown. It looks as though there are spaces available. Thank you.

Hello!

You should have received a reschedule code. That code works like a gift certificate, and can be used to purchase the class of your choice. If you don’t have that reschedule code, we can resend it to you. Let me know.

  • I didn't receive a reschedule code, just an email notifying me that the class was canceled and stating: "If you would like to be moved to another class, please let me know, and I will take care of making that change for you. All of our upcoming classes are listed at www.vinology.com. Alternatively, we are happy to offer a gift certificate that may be used for any class in the amount of your purchase, plus an added $50 for the inconvenience. Of course, we can also issue a refund. Please let us know what works best for you
