Rescheduling premium tickets

Reschedule form is not functioning. Attempts have been made through Firefox and Chrome browsers. Please advise on other means of rescheduling our premium tickets.

Hi Keith,

Thank you for your response. I just tried again and now it is working. Perhaps it was a temporary “bug.” I successfully submitted the request just now. I would greatly appreciate it if you could confirm that you received on your end? I realize processing the actual request will take a while, but just knowing it went through (since our class is tomorrow night) would be a big help.

Laura,

We can’t replicate any error. All reschedule requests are coming in. The number you are referring to is a Math Captcha. You have to solve a simple equation to send in the request.

I wanted to add that the specific error I am getting involves being asked to put in the “number,” which I assume refers to the number at the bottom of the form, next to the reschedule button, which I have filled in every time. I can never get the form to advance to the confirmation page that is noted in the instructions. I have also now tried in Internet Explorer. Thank you!
