Rescheduling Confirmation Needed

Good afternoon,
We submitted a Reschedule Request Form on the website, but have yet to receive a confirmation page or gift code. Our concern is that our class is this Thursday, March 28 (Sommelier Smackdown ) and we understand that requests must be done prior to the start of the class. With only a day left we’d like to be sure the request has been received. Our tickets were insured and originally purchased by our daughter, Maureen.
