Rescheduling Class and Purchasing Premium Option

Last night I tried to schedule a class for this evening, but I did not receive an email confirmation and no charge is showing on my bank account. I also intended to purchase the premium option because I knew there would be a chance I couldn’t attend due to my car being worked on this weekend (I was hopeful it would be done this afternoon, but I just found out it won’t be), but when I did the purchase from my phone, I did not see “premium” listed as a selection. I figured I could call today to speak to someone to confirm if the purchase went through and to find out how to select the premium option, but apparently it is impossible to directly speak with someone in your office and this forum has to be utilized for communication. Can someone please contact me by email or phone about this matter?

Your order did not go through. You can simply purchase the ticket again. For the premium upgrade, it will show on the top of the page once you click to purchase.
