Rescheduling but Sold Out

Hi!
I had purchased ticket insurance after realizing I could not make a class I had purchased two tickets for. I submitted the application to reschedule the tickets for a class that was available at the time (Spain vs. France on July 18th). However, the application was not received right away because the team was on spring break. I just received my code to reschedule, however the class that I was planning to reschedule for is now sold out. It is the only one that we can attend because we are moving. Can we be added to the class or to the waitlist? If the team was not on spring break when the application was submitted then we would most likely have been able to join the class without a problem. Thank you so much!

That is the class we cancelled our tickets for because we could not attend. We purchased insurance with the intention of booking the July class because it was still open. However, by the time our application was reviewed after your spring break the class was full. If the timing hadn’t matched with your spring break we would have been able to schedule the July class. My husband and I are moving out of the country at the end of July so that is the only class we can attend. If we are not able to be added to the class can we be refunded what we have paid?

OK, please keep an eye on our facebook page where we will post any openings asap. We’ll do anything we can to get you in to a class before leaving.

I’m sorry the class sold out before your code arrived; however, the standard turnaround time is over one week. This is stated in our terms and conditions. Nonetheless, cancellations occur often and there’s a good chance you can pick up seats when notified via facebook.
