Rescheduling a class

Hi,

I purchased 4 tickets for Cooking class with wine pairings for 4/19.

I tried to reschedule a class today but noting happens when I click on the send button.

I hope you can help with this request.

Thank you for letting us know. It looks like you didn’t click the “accept” button when requesting a reschedule code. I also took a look at your order, and was going to submit your reschedule request myself. However, you didn’t purchase ticket insurance, which is required to reschedule tickets.

Not to worry, if you can’t make it you can give your tickets to another set of couple. I’ll also take a look at our waitlist. If there is someone on the waitlist for this class, I’ll connect you with them. You can also sell the tickets on craigslist, if you want.
