Rescheduling

I was given 2 tickets for a class for Christmas and we cannot make it on that date so I am trying to reschedule this for another date. I completed the reschedule information over 10 days ago and haven’t heard anything on it. Is there anyway I can follow up on this?

Hi Keith, I did check and I don’t have anything. I checked all my folders, inbox, junk and deleted items. Can yoi resend it if you are showing it was already sent?

I can confirm you do have insurance and we received your reschedule request. It will take a look and make sure it was sent. Could you check your spam/bulk mail ?
