In a correspondence a day or so ago I stated that I was attempting to reschedule. You stated a code was sent to the email address in your records sometime in January. We looked in spam/ bulk, trash, inbox and any other place it may have gone as you advised. We received only your email regarding a newsletter date 1/31. It may have gotten deleted or lost in email vortex. Can you send another code so that we may rebook. You can send it to the email on file or to email address listed above.

My wife and I have been trying to reschedule our class since early January 2018. We have put in two requests and even noted it in one of your forums. To date, we have not heard from you. Our class is this Friday the 23rd. You charged us over a $150 for us to attend wine 101 and now we cannot reach you at all and we are not going to be able to attend. You have no phone number, you do not respond to our request to reschedule nor do you respond to any of the comments we put up. If we do not get a refund or an acknowledgement before this coming Friday, we will report you to the Better Business Bureau. This is not the proper way to manage a business. This class was not cheap and we are very unhappy with our experience.

I understand you are frustrated, but this is the first time you are posting on the help forum.

You originally commented on an old blog post. If you take a look, I responded to you twice there.

We will look up the issue, but I can assure you we send out all reschedule codes in a timely fashion. I’d suggest checking you bulk/spam folder.

Hi Philip.

Previously I stated that we did not receive a rescheduling code. You stated that an email was sent to my husband in January. We checked his trash spam and inbox. The only thing in there from you is an email regarding your newsletter dated 1/31. Please resend your code to the email on file today or to the email listed above.

Hi Scott,

I checked our database and your reschedule code was emailed back in January. The code begins with your first name and ends with “od”.

If you didn’t see it, please check your spam or junk folders.
