Reschedule with Premium Tickets?

Hi Keith, I am having trouble determining whether I have ticket insurance to reschedule a class. I read the Discount Ticket FAQ / Reschedule Info and am still unsure. There is some conflicting info– My ticket price ends in the number 1, like discount tickets, but my actual ticket is called “premium.” I have 2 premium tickets to The Whiskey & Cocktail Class Friday, June 28 from 7:30 pm to 9:30 pm. Can I reschedule using the appropriate Reschedule link? Thanks so much for your help!

Hi Denise,

I checked, and you do have 2 premium seats to that class. Simply fill out the reschedule form provided online, and we’ll send you a code in the next few days.

Hi Philip, I tried submitting the reschedule form several times, but am not taken to a confirmation page. Every time I click to submit the form (after completing the arithmetic field), I am taken back to the form. I tried in both Google Chrome and Safari browsers. I’m using a Macbook. Is the website down? Thanks for any insight.
