About a week ago I requested to reschedule a class. In was in the name of Natty and Pappy and the purchasers were Kansas Pics and Medford Pics. It was for 4 people on April 21. I have confirmed that they purchased “reservation insurance” at the time of purchase. I still have not received a CODE in order to reschedule. I would appreciate a timely response. I have checked my spam folder as instructed.it is not there.
