Reschedule for Vintage Cocktails Class

Hello.

We were not able to make the recent Vintage Cocktails class due to a family emergency. We submitted a reschedule request as well as a follow up email to Keith. Please let us know what we can do in order to reschedule as we haven’t heard back yet.

Hey folks,

I took a look, and we sent you the following email from us a few minutes after you put in a reschedule request:

We just received your reschedule information. We will take care of
everything, but please be patient. This isn’t an automated process.
Depending on how busy we are, it take upwards of a week. Once I’ve
confirmed you purchased ticket insurance, I’ll send you a gift code
via email. I suggest picking up the Premium upgrade again, as it
offers the ability to reschedule and doesn’t cost very much.

A few caveats: this service is only for folks to purchased ticket
insurance, which is only available at the time of purchase. If you
don’t have ticket insurance, not all is lost: you can transfer your
tickets to another person. Just have them mention your name when they
arrive.

Please do not reply to this email: this account is used for outgoing
emails only.

It looks like you got the email and then you responded our outgoing-only email server.

If you picked up ticket insurance at the time of purchase, you would have been sent a reschedule code within a week of the class. If that is the case, you may want to check your spam and/or bulk mail from an email from us.
