Hi there! A friend has gifted us a class. We just realized they picked a date for us and that date has passed… Does this mean we are out of luck? The tickets were not insured, nor premium. I read your rescheduling policies, however our situation is different, since the class already took place. I am not sure whether it makes sense for us to purchase an insurance now.

I’m so sorry to hear that. Unfortunately we need prior notice before the class begins to do anything, even with ticket insurance.
