reschedule

the instructions on the site said that we could reschedule with insurance as long as it was within a 36 hour range. we submitted the request the next morning because that was within the 36 hour range. what do we need to do to reschedule since we fell into that window?

I think you might have been looking at another website, unfortunately. Our policy has always been that it must come in before the class start time. It’s right at the top of the reschedule page: https://www.vinology.com/help/reschedule/
