reschedule

Hello –
we had premium tickets and were not able to attend the class. a reschedule request was submitted the evening of the class on 3/22 but we still have no received anything regarding how to reschedule. i will include the class info below from our tickets – 3/22 premium tickets. can you please help us get this rescheduled?

Thanks for your question. I located your reschedule request.

According to our records, the time stamp was the day after the class (Saturday) at 4:37pm. Since the request must be submitted before the class, it did not qualify for rescheduling.
