Registered class not showing up

Hello,
I am registered for the Foundations of Wine class starting on Sunday. This does not show up under Active Classes on my dashboard. Can you let me know if there are any issues with my account and confirm that I am officially registered for this class?

Yes, you are definitely registered.

I will be going through everyone’s account tomorrow to make sure they are able to access materials. If you check back on Thursday and still don’t see it, please let me know.

Hi Keith,
I made sure to log out and log back in with the correct email address. I am still not showing the class listed under active courses.
Do you show on your end that I am registered for this course?

First, log out.

Second make sure you logging in with the same email address you used to register for the program: r**************1@gmail.com

Once you’ve done that, let me know if that resolves the issue.
