I have been trying for literally weeks to get someone to answer my question about a refund on a program. Invoice #88982
Wine Foundation Course – march 8th to May 3rd. I tried to call the school only to get automated messages. I am moving out of the State and would like a refund. I was told I couldn’t get all of it, but I could get most of it. Will someone please get back to me asap.

On January 18th, you sent me an answer that you would be sending me a partial refund, that you could not refund my payment in full. Although I’m not sure why, I gave plenty of notice to my class cancellation and it was because I am no longer in Pennsylvania. Then a few weeks ago, you said I would be getting that refund that week. I sent you an email last week and here again today, PLEASE let me know why this has become so complicated. It was my understanding that this was a very reputable school. If you would have said no to the refund, that would have been one thing, but you made a promise to get me a partial refund and I expect you to stand by your word. Please advise.
Thank you. But I did notify you in November that I wanted to change my course that was originally scheduled to begin in January. I actually wrote a letter in addition to the email. I would really appreciate anything you can do for me. Since my husband passed away, I have been trying to get a better job, now that opportunity awaits, but I need all of my money to make the move. I hope you can help me.
We are discussing the issue this week.
We already rescheduled you once for this program. We were under no obligation to do that for you, but went out of our way to assist you. Now you are looking for a refund for this program.
If we went by the terms of your purchase, you would not get anything back since you didn’t notify us until the week the course you originally purchased began. Also, you were never told you would get most of it back.
However, since everyone at the school is pretty awesome, we are still going to give you a partial refund. You will see that in the next week.
