Re-schedule a Class

Hello – I bought tickets to the Italian Wine class on 7/20 as a birthday gift for my boyfriend. It turns out that we’re unable to attend as he’ll be traveling on business. As a first time customer, I was really eager to attend the class with him. I don’t believe I purchased ticket insurance, so I’m wondering what my options are. Are we able to use these tickets toward a different class, or is my only option to transfer to another person?

If you purchased ticket insurance you can reschedule right here: https://www.vinology.com/help/reschedule/ Otherwise, you can either transfer the seats to another person or sell them online. Craigslist is a venue for such.
