Purchased two premium tickets, but only received credit for one

Hello, I purchased two tickets for the Imbibe! Whiskey class, and purchased both tickets as premium tickets in case my friend and I had to cancel. In the event of cancellation we still wanted to be able to attend a Wine School event in the future. I just received a gift certificate/credit back, however it was for only one ticket.

How can I request that the Wine School double check, and provide me with the credit for the additional ticket?

Thank you for your purchase to attend a Wine School class and contacting us with your concerns.

I did check your order again, and while there were two seats purchased there was only one $15 upgrade. That is why the reschedule code reflected the amount for one seat.

I’ve resent you the invoice so you can review it. I’m happy to answer any other questions you may have.
