Hello! I am currently in the wine foundation program and I’m having a problem changing my password. It keeps saying password strength weak no matter how complicated I make it. Now cannot log into account to get program materials : (

I didn’t respond right away, because I needed to look further into the issue. I couldn’t replicate the issue, and tried over 20 times. I really want you to get into your account!
I really think the issue is you are not using a complex enough password. Something like “eDUse22” which has 7 characters, uppercase letters and a number.
That said, I implemented a code for your account that will allow you to get in and reset your account without having to create a complex password. I am confident this will fix the issue for you.
I’ve tried all of the above(using a Chrome browser, making password 7 characters with upper & lower cases letters, using symbols/#’s, etc.)
When the system sends me a prompt to change my password, I am still having the same issues where it says my password is too weak, even when using The password should be at least seven characters long. To make it
stronger, use upper and lower case letters, numbers and symbols like !” ? $ % ^ & ).
Not sure what else I can do here…

First of all, let’s cover the basics. Here are the basics of a required password:
The password should be at least seven characters long. To make it

If you’ve done that, are you using a tablet and/or phone to try to change your password? If so, it may not be secure and/or out of date. The same goes for your browser. If it’s an old browser, you won’t be able to do some things. Chrome browser (on any system or device) is often the best option.
You can also have the system create a new password for you, and it will send it to your email address: https://www.vinology.com/my-account/lost-password/
One final thought: if you can’t get into your account, did you change your password already without realizing it?
