Password change

I was sent a long automatic password with a number of ambiguous letter/numbers. In trying to change it 2x, I have gotten the message that I am using an incorrect password. Can you send me a clearer password? Probably the issue is the O&/0r O’s and the first letter of the password. Is it a 1 or an I . I’ve tried both.

Thank you for your email. Our security systems are automated, and for our customers security, they cannot be overridden by anyone, including us. When you get a new password, you should copy and paste it. That would remove the possibility of mis-typing something.
