Not an ordinary rescheduling request (at least I don't believe so)

Hello,

My girlfriend and I received two tickets to the American Drinks class on February 20th at 7:30 pm. These tickets were a Christmas gift from a family member. Unfortunately, the relative was unaware that we have a conflict that evening (a one-night-only performance in New York).

Our situation seems rather odd to me. I read many posts involving rescheduling, and I realize it is usually not possible, but I was hoping something could be done seeing as this was not in our control whatsoever, and it seems like a really awesome class!

Thank you for your time,

Anthony

It’s an awesome class, but the person who bought the tickets did not opt for the ability to reschedule. You can give or sell the tix to someone else. It would be a shame for them to go to waste.

Yes, it would be a shame. Thanks for being so flexible even though we had nothing to do with the purchasing of the tickets. 🙂

If you can provide the last name of the purchaser, we can determine whether the seats are able to be rescheduled by the recipient. If not, they can be sold or transferred to someone else.

  • So, unless you bought the premium ticket, if your schedule takes you elsewhere on the date of the class, it's LOST????
