Good morning. I signed up for the 2/25 class, and entered my coupon code. ************ is the code. I entered in my credit card because it would not allow me to do it without entering it. I’m so sorry for the confusion. I had a $150 credit, and it looks like my card was charged for the entirety of the bill (two tix and two insurance). Can you apply the credit? Thank you & sorry again for the trouble.
My apologies for any confusion. When I offered to cancel out the order, that meant that you would have to sign up again with the new code for $145. If you have trouble applying the code, please email me before charging it to your card again.
It looks like I am no longer in the class and have to go through the process of signing up through your site again. before I go through this tortured process again, I wanted to be sure it was necessary because one of the emails I received says that my tix will be sent in a separate email. I have not received anything but do have my tickets that were issued before this refund/credit process started. All I wanted was the credit to be applied to reduce what was paid by my credit card – if that’s done, terrific and I am all set. If not, let me know. It’s a shame we can’t just do this over a quick phone call rather than this horribly frustrating email/log in/post a question method.

Thanks for your patience. The email alert pertained to my prior email about zeroing out the order.
I will zero out the order right now. You should see a new gift code in your inbox shortly. You may use this code to sign up for the class with premium tickets (note: you will need a credit card to makeup the $5 difference).
I’m sorry you had trouble using the code we sent you. I’ve checked our database and it doesn’t seem like there’s any problem with the code itself.
I can cancel out this order, but will have to charge a $5 credit card processing fee. I would then provide a new code for the amount charged today, minus $5. Is that something you would be interested in?
