I had bought this class with a premium ticket quite a while ago as you can see, but never took the class. I am looking now to purchases two tickets for an upcoming class and I was wondering if there is any kind of time limitation on by previous purchase.

The way the premium ticket option works is that we have to receive notice of the ticketholder’s inability to attend the class at least 10 minutes before the class start time. Is it possible to send us proof that you communicated with us at that time?
