Mistake made during purchase

I purchased the wrong class by mistake. I meant to purchase a different class as a gift and would like to simply switch. I ordered 4 months in advance and caught within a week that it was the incorrect class. Please help!

Glad you caught your error so soon! I will forward your note to customer support to help you change your classes. They will issue you a coupon code to re-purchase the seats you are interested in.

Since these are gifts, we STRONGLY recommend you purchase the Premium upgrade for each seat. That way, they will be able to reschedule their class, if need be.
