I am coordinating an event on the Main Line in March. The event is a food tasting and wine event. Can we and how do we go about hiring a sommelier for our event?
Maybe give a 10 to 15 minute description of what a sommelier does and then speak on food pairing rules. No certification necessary if enough competency is there so students welcome too!
