insurance???

reeived gift certif and wanted see if I could switch. You state you must have the insurance but no where on the gift certif could I find if I had it. I then went into the account section and it asked for name and password (don’t have that info). So how do we know if we have the insurance. This process has taken me far too long to go thru your site. thanks

Thank you for the question. It doesn’t sound like you have a gift certificate. With a gift certificate, you would have a 12-18 digit code, and you’d be able to sign up for any class. You’d be able to opt for the insurance for yourself.

The info you gave us was ” Ticket # ITWCC25″ which is just the ticket number for a class. We would
need more information to look up. For instance, who bought the tickets for you.

I did a quick search on your last name and someone did purchase two tickets to this class: https://www.vinology.com/class/imbibe-the-whiskey-cocktail-class/ . That person purchased one instance of ticket insurance. If these are your tickets, then you could reschedule one of the seats.
