If you put in the wrong email address, then you did so twice. This is a significant problem that is not easy to rectify. When you purchase tickets for the first time, we automatically create an account under the email address that you verified twice and then email you a password. You can only access your account with that email address and password combination.
For security purposes, we will need to verify your identity to make any changes to your account.
You will have to post another question and request the same (change our email address). However, in the space provided for private information, we will need the following:
Name and date of the class you registered for
Your full name
The email address you accidentally used
the correct email address
Your mailing address & phone number
The last four digits of the credit card used.
Once we have that information, we can change your email address. You will have to reset your password, but you will have access to your account and your order.
