I tried purchasing multiple tickets for May 8th event and it only allowed one ticket to be purchased. I thought it was odd, but didn’t think much of it, so figured I would purchase the tickets separately. Well seems I purchased the last ticket. I have a group of about 6-8 people I need to accommodate. I was hoping to get someone on the phone to find a resolution. If there truly are no more spots, I am OK to reschedule mine and use at a later time. I would really appreciate if someone could reach out to me and help me resolve this issue.
- Keith, This is exactly why straight forward communication is preferred. This is something that could have easily been resolved in a 10 minute phone conversation. Now, I have spent days checking back, searching to see if anyone has answered me. I am extremely disappointed in the customer service, and not at all looking forward to the other event we have signed up for. And now, I have to go spend time figuring out how I am going to get my $40 returned to me, since I haven’t gotten a response here. Had this gone smoother, I would have been more than happy to reschedule instead of push for a full refund, but your responses seem a bit patronizing and I don’t appreciate that. Again, who knows if that’s how it’s meant to sound since I was unable to actually speak to you. As I’m sure my initial inquiry came across as very frustrated, as I was, being as that I was unable to actually speak with someone. That’s great if this method of “communication” is working for your company, but this is why you pay some kid $8 an hour- to sift through phone calls a few hours a day so you don’t have to deal with the solicitation. I’m sorry this was unable to be resolved here.

This is the place for customer support. The front page gives total tickets remaining, and the site will prevent you from purchasing more tickets than we have available.
As I pointed out earlier, parties larger than four cannot be sat together. If you are okay with that, we will issue you a gift code that you can use to try and register again.

Hi Keith, yes I read the last response you left. We already bought other tickets for an event in May (different group of people), so I would prefer to be completely refunded as this was entirely a misunderstanding. If the absolute only option is to get a credit to use at a later date, that’s fine but I’m not sure when I would be able to get back. I’m really hoping we can work this out as this is my first experience with this Company and it looks like you offer a lot of great events, I want to look forward to the other even we are coming to. Again, I really appreciate your help.
HI Keith, Is there any way I can either be refunded or use that for another class? The website doesn’t tell you how many tickets are left, so I had no idea when I was purchasing that no one else would be able to get a ticket? And when I called it is completed automated, so there was no help there…Really looking for some guidance here. Thank you so much!!
