It wold have been mighty helpful if you had told us you needed to retrieve your gift certificate when you first reached out for assistance three weeks ago. Since your accounts have been reset –per your original request– we no longer access anything in your old accounts.
However, if you have a gift certificate, you can simply use it with your new account. The code will still work.
- I no longer have that code. are you saying that my gifted credit for classes is now gone? i would hope that within your system that you would be able to transfer my credit from my old defunct account to my new one.
- can i give my email addresses in this forum? or perhaps the contact information of who purchased the gift for me? i must say this format of "customer service" is very frustrating from the customer POV and very inefficient.

i cannot login because my old email address is defunct ([email protected]).
When trying to update my account info and email address it wont allow it. i am trying to use a credit/gift card to the wine school, but cant login and cant change my email account for login.
I removed your old email address from the system. When you checkout, the system will now create a new account for you.
If you had a purchase history with the Wine School, that will be added back into your new account when we update your account.
