I made a mistake about rescheduling!


Hi there,

My name is Daniel Wall, and I was supposed to attend a class this evening from 6:30-8:30 – it was meant to be an anniversary present for my girlfriend and I. Unfortunately I received some bad news earlier this morning and had to attend a family emergency. I looked online, and seeing that I had paid for insurance on our two tickets, I began to fill the form out to reschedule (I saw that you were required to fill one out 10 minutes prior to your class). I’ve just got back onto my computer and I’ve realized that I never filled it out to its entirety and therefore didn’t submit it; it was an honest mistake on my behalf.

Is there anyway of getting the tickets back? I tried calling just now to explain the situation, but was advised through your automated system to contact online.

I really hope it’s something that we can resolve as my girlfriend and I had been looking forward to this course for the last 6-8 weeks.
