As a boutique school, we simply don’t have the bandwidth to offer phone support. Instead, you can have your questions answered by the owner of the school (myself) or another top-level staffer. That is a fair trade.
For a decade, we offered phone support. By 2012, the overwhelming majority of phone calls were from people who want to sell us something, want something for free from us, or had similar selfish goals. That rising trend sadly ended our willingness to offer ANY phone support. Instituting a public forum to assist students has been hugely successful. People tend to be more honest and respectful when their responses are public. And that is good for everyone.
