due to a family emergency, I had to cancel our participation in the Bubbles class this past Saturday. I sent the request on Thursday (I think) but have not yet received the code I need to reschedule. I did purchase ticket insurance.

I searched my junk folder and all other folders (including trash in case I accidentally deleted it) and I cannot find it. Is it possible just to attach the code to my account somehow? If not, could you please resend?
