How do I know if my ticket was purchased with the premium upgrade that allows rescheduling?

My husband Joshua Smargiassi received his ticket to the upcoming bourbon tasting as a gift. How am I able to tell if the premium upgrade was purchased? The buyer was Iris Schmidt. We would love to get one or two more tickets but I know you’re sold out.

OK, thanks. I see the order now.

Unfortunately it was purchased without the premium option.

I can add him to the waitlist, and get in touch if anything opens up.

Hi,

I wanted to let you know that we have had a cancellation for tonight’s class, so you are able to purchase an extra seat if you would like.

Simply head to the Calendar, click on the class, and proceed through the normal checkout process.

Cheers!

Philip,
The purchaser of my husband, Joshua Smargiassi,’ ticket was Gabrielle Maglione. Just want to see if she purchased the upgrade needed for rescheduling. She only bought one ticket and he was hoping to not have to go alone. Please let me know because I know you are sold out for the seminar right now.

I have his ticket number and a security code on the print out ticket that was given to him. Would that help?

Hi Marissa,

That’s a great question. Typically we only need the name of the purchaser to look up an order and confirm whether the tickets are premium seats.

However, when I search under this purchaser’s name, nothing comes up. I also checked the roster for the upcoming Whiskey class on Friday — the only bourbon tasting we have — and did not see it (or your husband’s name).

Is there any other information that you can provide at this time that might help narrow it down?

Thanks,
