Help rescheduling

Hi: The answer I received earlier did not really answer the question I had asked. We received tickets to the Beef Beer and Bourbon class and as they were a gift were unable to purchase insurance. I would like to purchase insurance now and transfer to another class. OR I saw in the questions that someone was seeking to be put in the class/get off the waitlist. I would happily switch. Please advise.

My apologies if you didn’t understand the answer. The purchaser of the tickets (Mrs. Hart) declined ticket insurance. When making the purchase, she acknowledged that the tickets could not be rescheduled to another date, and that adding insurance after purchase was not an option. The link I sent you explained why we offer ticket insurance, and why the policy is firm.

Even without insurance, you can sell the tickets (craigslist or the like) or just transfer them to another person.
