Help rescheduling

Hi. My mom purchased a the Beef Beer and Bourbon class for my boyfriend in January. She picked the class mostly because of his schedule (he is an intern at a hospital) so weekends or days off even are few and far between. Initially, it worked with his schedule however just his week he was placed on a long call for that night and we will be unable to attend the class. We are super excited at the opportunity of attending a class at your facility however I do not know how to make this class work. My mom did not purchase insurance- I would be willing/able to purchase it now or whatever I can do. Please advise and help me out!! Thank you so much. I am so sorry.
