I recently purchased two gift certificates to give as gifts, however, I received only one email to confirm. I received another totally different email telling me I had earned a $100 credit.
What reference numbers should I use for my two gift certificates so there is no mix up when they are redeemed?
Is there a way to contact a real person? This is a totally absurd way to handle customer service questions.

I think you emailed as well, correct? Gift codes have been resent to you. Please check your email, and your spam/bulk mail.
If the emails are in your spam/bulk mail, please mark as “not spam”
