I have been trying to get a response for 4 days now. I hv premium tixs for 5/2/19. Have been trying to reschedule for 9/19/19 class. Have posted multiple times,, filled out the reschedule form, etc etc. no response ; and tonite: i get an email confirming the class for 5/2/19!!!! BEYOND FRUSTRATED!!!!
Lets be clear : WE WANT TO NOT ATTEND THIS THURSDAYS CLASS (5/2/19) AND WE WANT YO ATTEND CLASS ON 9/19/19.
Anyone?

We’ve sent you multiple responses in the past several days explaining why the reschedule request you sent didn’t work, and how to remedy the problem.

Responses were vague with no direction. At this point I would just like to get our money back. A birthday gift that is supposed to be enjoyable should not require all of this time and should not cause this much stress!

  • The tone is far from warranted. All you needed to do –but have refused to do– is submit a reschedule request for the class you are registered for. The only request you sent in was for a class you are not registered for, 9/19/19.
    To be clear: had you simply issued a reschedule request for 5/2/19, we would have issued you a reschedule code
    At that point you could have registered for any class with availabilities.
    This simple sequence has been pointed out to you time and time again, and it’s clearly posted on the Reschedule Request page, as well.

  • I apologize for my tone; however, navigating through this process has been very frustrating. This would have never escalated to the current situation if I could have simply spoken to someone on the phone, rather than have to address it on a public forum.
