Thank you for reaching out- I need to get further information from the person who gave me the gift certificate to make sure it goes through. I keep getting an error message when I try to use the code printed on the paper. My boyfriend and I are very much still interested in purchasing the tickets- the class is on my birthday! Hopefully we can get it sorted out soon.
The code is a 13 digit alphanumeric code sent in a separate email to the purchaser. You may be entering the order number instead.
If you’re not sure, the purchaser will have the gift code stored in their online account at https://www.vinology.com/account/
