Gift certificate question


Hi there!

I just booked two seats for the Beef&Beer&Bourbon class on May 24th. I’m so excited.

We received a gift card for Christmas. When I went to the cart, I applied the Gift Code and the discount was applied. After double checking the total, and going to submit the order, it charged me the full amount on my credit card…instead of the difference after the gift card was applied.

Since the order has been submitted, can I get the gift card retroactively applied? I had double checked the gift card amount, and the amount shown as the total and am confused why the full amount was charged to my card. Any help or guidance is greatly appreciated.

Thank you for the question. We can’t replicate the issue you reported. When we use your gift certificate, it deducts the full amount of the gift certificate as it’s supposed to. We also did a test run taking an order directly to the bank, and there, too, we couldn’t replicate an issue.

I’ve gone ahead and deleted your order, so you can try again. Please verify before you put in your bank details that the gift certificate has been applied. Please note this is a holiday week, so response times will be slower than average.
